I was amazed after getting at very high quote for a key fob that I was able to purchase at Gladney for very good price. The staff, including the owner was very kind and helped me to the correct location. I was given an appointment and they were on time. Very impressed with their customer service I received! Gladney is a very professional shop!! From when they answer the phone to when you pick up the vehicle. I love the pictures and all the information of the way the vehicle was when you dropped it off and also how they show you every step of what they have done ! Very informative ,and professional I will continue using them and highly recommend them they are very professional! It was such an easy process getting vehicle fixed!!

Had an unfortunate incident with a speed bump that tore a large splash shield loose under my Prius. Gladney bailed me out with a temporary fix so I could get home, after business hours, and for no charge. Huge thanks to them for their swift response !!
