College Station Auto Repair

A family friend recommended me to drop my car off here when we had an oil leak. The team at Gladney wasn’t expecting me but took care of me as if they were! My car repairs were done quickly and wonderfully, and the team stayed incredibly communicative throughout the process. Their “patient portal” for the car shows the details of what needs to be fixed and why! Though I hope I won’t need their help again, if my car needs mechanic work I’ll be sure to come back to Gladney Automotive.

Amazing group of people

Having car issues is always stressful, but even more so when it's your child's car and they're 3 hours away. The professionals at Gladney, particularly my service rep Houston, were very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up paying more that I would've wanted to for what turned out to be a fairly simple electronic issue, but it would have cost us more than three times as much with another shop who didn't have the technology to properly diagnose the problem and wanted us to unnecessarily replace a module that was working just fine.

Going into this project I had a ton of anxiety, my daughter is going to school in College Station and I live in San Antonio so I had significant anxiety about not only having to work with a mechanic but having to pick one blind. Luckily my wife has friends that live in CS so she reached out to them and the unanimous pick was Gladney’s. Man so thankful it worked out that way. Gladney was top notch from start to finish. They were professional, had exceptional and honest communication and answered the questions I had before I even had to ask them. Having to make this decision long distance, and knowing it involved my daughter, made this a high stakes decision. My confidence was quickly built by what I felt were very honest and straightforward phone interactions with Hannah and Andre. There is no doubt that if my daughter needs anything automoative in CS we will definitely be going to Gladey!
