I had my monocular camera calibrated yesterday and was very pleased by the short time I spent waiting for the repair to be completed. I am more so impressed that the estimate I was given was very nearly exactly what I paid, even though they had to do more work than expected. I appreciate my technician (Joe) taking the time to explain what was wrong, what might have been the cause, and how he planned to investigate various options for repair. Overall, treated with respect, not overcharged, and will be back for future repairs and maintenance.
