Service was great from checkin to vehicle pickup. Received continuous updates on progress and diagnostics. Requests for continuation of work were prompt and very detailed. All work was completed in three days. This was a big change from other trips to the dealership that was normally used since it is a foreign car.

Came in for an oil change and they went above and beyond especially with their chauffeur service

I previously had some work performed on my Audi Q7 prior to traveling to College Station for my son’s track meet. I noticed the undercarriage guard was hanging underneath my vehicle so I went to Gladney’s for them to check it out. Hannah took the keys and got it checked out before the technicians went to lunch. It probably took 5 minutes or so, and my wife & daughter were on our way. Overall I had a really good experience here. I came in to get a new key fob for my car. It did take a little longer than I expected, but the staff was great about checking on me and keeping me updated on the progress. At the last minute I asked if they could check something on my car, and even though it was probably an inconvenience, the lady at the front desk kindly went out of her way to go check it and make sure everything was good before I left. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and my daughter definitely enjoyed the free snacks while we waited! I really appreciated their customer service.

I was a bit hesitant at first because of the diagnostic cost, but appreciated positive confirmation of the problem with my vehicle. There were apparently some glitches with the messaging system, so communications required me to reach out. That said, they did a great job diagnosing the issue, sent me pictures and videos, and had the repair complete the same day. They also didn’t try to upsell me on any “recommended” services, but did provide the full report of my vehicle inspection. Everybody I interfaced with was incredibly friendly. Overall great experience.

We had a great experience having our car repaired at Gladney Automotive. Our older car needed quite a few repairs beginning with the engine light that wouldn’t go off and electric doors that wouldn’t lock. Amanda kept in constant contact with me on my list of items to check and sure enough Gladney did a fast and lovely job repairing everything! Their prices are reasonable but better yet, their quality service surpasses anything we’ve had done anywhere!. Thanks to Hannah, too, for being so kind and thoughtful in walking me through their digital online approval system which really speeded our repairs along. We definitely will recommend Gladney Automotive!
