My rating: 4.5 (sorry google only let me do a 4). Recently, I relocated to Bryan and was looking to get some work on my car done. I came to Gladney Automotive Solutions for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job. Other info- a) I recommend to keep an eye on their deals/promotions. As a new customer, I was able to get a discount on my car service, which helped a lot b/c I’m on a budget. b) The waiting area is nice. It has multiple seats and an area where you can charge yr electronics. There are snacks (which is a plus for foodies) and coffee. WiFi available for guests. I wasn’t able to connect, but hopefully it works for me the next time. c) They were pretty busy on the day I came (which resulted) in a longer wait time. You can leave yr vehicle and come back for it. However, if you can’t (like me) I suggest to bring a book, use the Internet while you wait, or come on a slower day. d) They try to provide the best service they can to customers from what I observed. A gentleman was expressing some frustrations/concerns about his vehicle, and the team did a good job at addressing the situation. e) Appointment: In my experience, the appointment will only cover what you came in for. So if the techs identify a different car issue while servicing your car for something else, you may have to come on another day to get that specific service done versus just bundling it into that appt. Side note: I will give an update on future visits.
